  • Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?
    My partner and I were hired for a move out clean. What originally was supposed to take a few hours ended up turning into a few weekends, this house was dirty! The tenants had been in it for 5 years and had 3 dogs and never once cleaned, it was a disaster. We kept constant communication with the owner who knew it was going to be a big job. The transformation of this newly designed house that was in such rough shape to begin, was mind blowing! We worked tirelessly on this house and once we were finally done the owner was able to sell it in 3 days! What a great ending, I love that!
  • What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?"
    Our rates start at 40-70 an hour depending on the type of job, amount of cleaners needed, and frequency needed. I do work off flat rates which are based off my hourly rate. We do provide monthly, bi-weekly and weekly discounts. We accept a bunch of different payments including Venmo, Paypal, Cash app, Zelle and cash.
  • What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
    We love new customers! On our initial contact we will ask a few questions about what you are looking for and some specifics on the home. From there we will agree on a rate and schedule then we will start working our magic! We do prefer to be alone in the home as we feel it is the best option for everyone. What's better than coming home to a clean house and being able to relax and do something else with your time?
  • What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
    I have been cleaning professionally for over 15 years. I started out wayyy long ago in Fort Collins when it was a third of the population and traffic! I took a course which I am now certified in for covid-19 cleaning. I have my associates in general studies and have enough college credits for a masters degree!
  • What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
    Ensure your house keeper is a good fit and matches your needs. Remember quality over quantity. Find someone who you can trust and who provides you with that gift of time!
  • What types of customers have you worked with?
    I have worked with all types of customers from different places and backgrounds. AirBnBs, short term rentals, residential cleanings and even model homes are my main focus. If you have a special project, just ask! I am always up for something new.

  • How did you get started doing this type of work?
    I truly LOVE to clean. I understand how important it is to live in a non cluttered, organized and clean space. They say, "cleanliness is next to Godliness" and I couldn't agree more. The love I have for cleaning shows in my work. The satisfaction of knowing my customers can relax, and let me handle the hard stuff so they can get to other more important things like hanging out with family and just having one less thing to stress about, that is what empowers me most. Seeing the smiles and relief on my customers faces is what gets me through.
